How reliable is Rediff.com for shopping?

Question

I am in US and want to send my friend a laptop for gift, and I want to buy in online as gift so he won't have to pay charges over there.

Among all the sites I've searched I can only find www.rediff.com with really good options for laptop.

But I have also read many reviews about the site and for shopping the rank is quite bad.

So please if anyone have real good experience about the rediff. shopping then please help me out....

cant say dear, but it works. but why dont you go to the laptop's website and order from there . it will be more reliable and secure. for example if u want to buy a dell . buy it from dell online...??what say?
