How safe is Gothenburg, Sweden?

How safe is Gothenburg, Sweden for a male 17 year old alone? I don't go out looking for trouble and keep myself to myself. Am I likely to get any problems? Are there any no go areas? Is there any real possibility of getting mugged, or attacked in anyway? I do make sure any valuables are kept well out of sight.

  2. I would say that Gothenburg is one of the safest citites in the world.

    If you stay out of trouble nothing bad will happen.
