How safe is it in installing custom themes into my psp?

I have a 3.90 M33-3 firmware and Im planning to install some themes. But, there are some theme folders that are named the same as my root folders. Is there any chance that it will overwrite anything important when I past the theme files into my psp root?

Yes and No. On the root, nope. On the Flash0, yes. Back it up (Nand Backup)

nope, not at all, just make regular backups of ur PSP files.

Well when i had my psp i think all my themes went into the THEME ""located in, ROOT---PSP---THEMES"" folder in the psp, nothing will overwrite unless it has the same name.
