  1. some hotels and cruises have hurricane guarantees, check with your vendors or travel agents to see if you qualify, other than that don't worry about the weather. My vacation to US-VI the weather said it would storm everyday when I got there it only rained a little on our last day for about 15minutes. The Bahamas is the same way.

  2. Hey, i live in the Bahamas, and it's just like going to Miami, in South Florida, you always have that possibility. There might be a hurricane. However, as you've seen with a lot of the Hurricanes, not many hit the Bahamas, they don't usually don't that track. However, it's possible. In September, there's an elevated risk of getting hit by a Hurricane in the Bahamas. However, we've haven't been hit in four years. So, we've been lucky. So luckily, you might not either. Just watch the news, and if you see anything churning in the Atlantic with potential, and coming on the week, don't go, reschedule.

However, there's always a risk. Watch the news, and you should be just fine. There probably won't be hit with a hurricane. But, it's always possible. Just go to the Bahamas, and have fun. And, if your trip gets cut short, at least you had fun right?

  3. i have been on four cruises and all but one during the hurricane season. You can't tell that there was a hurricane all they do alter there rout. That is a multi-million dollar vessel. they are not going to risk it. you are okay. i promise.good luck to you.
