How safe is it to use 'Preparation H' on your eye bags?

well, im not sure. but lemme tell ya this: preparation H is for tissue. so if u have puffy eyes, use it. otherwise it won't help u in the least bit! because it thins tissue (unpuffs puffies!!)

Very safe. I do it all the time after a night of heavy partying!

It's safe as long as you don't get it in your eyes and make sure you wash your hands after your done.  There is no ill affect from using this method to reduce inflammation under the eyes.  Again, just make sure you don't get it in your eyes and to wash your hands.  Be careful later too that is you sweat or rub your face you don't rub it into your eyes.

As long as the product is being used JUST for your eyes, and you are not putting it directly in your eye it is safe
