How safe is the area of Upper Marlboro, MD, around Campus Way South?

Is it safe to live around there?

You'll be by PG community college. It is safe. Just don't go walking alone in pitch black. Don't be scared. It is a predominately black community on that side of the city. however some on the wealthiest black people do live there and there is a well known golf course in the area for the ritzy people.

There is a decent outside mall called the BLVD. The metro is close.The food is pretty good at the two restaurants by the movie theater.
