i say they are safe i was taking them weekly for cleansing purposes so they are pretty safe. i took the mineral oil fleet first, then flushed with the e***a saline solution fleet. It's amazing all that junk that comes out of you that's inside of you.

Hi Life, you might like to reconsider the Fleet e***a. Try using the a 1 or 2 qt bag e***a instead. Use only plain warm tap water, it will give better results.

very safe when used correctly. also very messy.

Getting an e***a just for enemas sake is not healthy.  

The hospitals do it to clean out yourself before surgery, not just the h**l of it.
