ok i sprained my ankle thursday at my soccer practice and it popped when it happened. but i got up and ran off the field just fine even though it was a little sore. since then ive followed the rice guide and the swelling is gone except for the the front part of the ankle. ( right outside ankle) i have bruising below my ankle and it doesnt hurt and it doesnt hurt to walk on it, yet its a little loose. i got a game in two weeks so how bad is it and how long? thanks
