How shall i do my work with fullest concentration & interest?

Had you given some idea what you are doing and what distract you, I would have been in a better position to say more meaningful.

On the face of it, it appears that you don't enjoy doing what you are (forced!) doing. Whatever compulsion it could be, if it is necessary to do what your are doing, analyze what make you loose concentration and lack of interest. Think of possible efforts to counter these impediments.

Now, think of those things which interests you. Try blending them with your current activity in way that your important aspect don't get hampered.

Take regular breaks from your monotonous work. For routine/mechanical/repeated things, hire someone if you can afford. Keep youself well informed what is happening around in your kind of work. Allow creativity and innovations to come in, as situations permit in your specific case. Remember not to strech/change too much so fast that you become unable to cope with. Gradual and manage-able change should be welcome.

Above could just be one of the possible ways, but you need to keep trying always!!

work where there aren't distractions....easier said than done though as I only concentrate on my work when I am sitting outside in the sunshine where nobody and nothing can distract me, unfortunately in Britain nice sunny weather when I'm trying to do work doesn't happen very often! :(

i have the same problem just like yours... but once i kicked off... i will roll and roll until my work completed...
