Hire twice as many people as you need. Offer incentive that no one can ever accomplish and then promises outrageous bonuses. Call them on their day off and act disappointed that they did not just come in on their own. Start most of your meetings telling them about how great you were as a sales person and how easy it was. Every few months fire the bottom performer in public. It may sound crazy but these methods have worked for major companies for years! Good Luck!
