I just wonder who will be taking care of him when the US will be busy warring against Iran.

  1. Worry about your own family, you "give it away for free" Liberal.  How shameful is it to want your government to take care of you? That little baby has a lot of love around him.

  2. And how much worse if it looked like her special needs baby was out of her reach?

Oh, there she is, vying for VP and her poor little extra-needy baby is home without her.

Meanwhile, the father would still have to show up,

    etc.

Look, maybe she belongs at home with them, I'd agree to that,

    but he was not paraded.

    The cameras?

    The media?

    Not her doing.

    She may be as pissed.

But she took the baby as soon as the family was on stage.

    Was that genuine?

    I think so.

  3. Ask Joe Biden when he was a life long politician after his wife was killed and he continued in his job and was a parent. Is it wrong to have a job and a family too?

  4. Very shameful to pimp out your special needs child for political benefit. (Edit: It's not that she shouldn't have brought her son there for the speech, it's that instead of just introducing her kids, she used that opportunity to exploit her child's special needs condition to bolster opinion for her political objective.)

  5. That is so low class to say such a thing. Why shouldn't Trig be there? Her other children were there.

  6. Uhh, all candidates bring their families on stage after their acceptance speech. Because he is a baby with Down's you want to hide him?

And he has two parents! I think Dad's do some parenting too.

  7. We are way past that.  Come up with some new insults.  Palin is the real deal and everyone now knows it except people like you with blinders on. Besides, it was you and your kind who tried to smear Palin's family in the first place.  Face it, the shameful dem dirty trick backfired on them. The Palin family is AOK.

  8. Every child of every nominee has been on-stage.  Are you suggesting Trig should not have been on=stage because he has Down's Syndrome?

Are you prejudiced against handicapped persons?????

  9. Not anymore shameful than Obama riding on the wave of the "historic" aspect of his campaign as a black candidate, and thereby pandering to black voters.

  10. All the kids have been paraded for political reasons. Remember Obama's youngest hamming it up with her dad? It's "cute." The problem is, Palin thinks that mothers of special needs children are all like her. A lot are single moms who do rely on government funding for one reason or another (insurance, schooling, assisted living.) The same mothers the other speakers talked down to (Democrats are looking at the government for help, or something like that.)

  11. Are you on drugs? You obviously are not a parent.  If you were you would understand.  He was not there for political reasons, he was there because he is part of their family! You libs always want to drag family members that are not running for office into the equation because you are not intelligent enough to debate and evaluate the "candidate" and "the issues".  Leave the family members alone.  They are not "applying for the job"!

  12. Her older son looked scared to death. I felt so bad for him.

  13. Truly. And I thought the Palin family wanted to be kept out of the public eye. Even the boyfriend of the pregnant daughter was on stage and as on cue was constantly shown holding her hand as if we would doubt his intentions if he didn't.

  14. I think it was attrocious pandering: the baby, the daughter, the boyfriend, and even the husband.  Personally, I would be more interested in how she plans on reversing the double-digit inflation that her running mate is responsible for than for hearing about her special needs child and her snow machine racing husband.  Everything about her candidacy is a political ploy.

  15. If you want to compare notes, is having her family come out after her big speech at the convention more shameful than Obama putting his kids on Access Hollywood?

  16. OMYGOODNESS, let's see, if the child was absent then you Obamaites would say "Look how shameful is it that they hide their child away, they should be proud!"

Of COURSE she wants to introduce the Citizens who are voting to her family.  She's PROUD of her family, unlike Obama who hides his parents and relatives away.

  17. Obama may be free for a nanny position.

  18. so exactly what do you people want..you want to talk about her pregnant 17 year old..are offended because she didnt introduce her future son in law..and now are mad because the baby was on tv..lol if she left him at home..it would have been she is ashamed of him..figure out what you want and get back to us..geez enough already

  19. No more shameful than all the victims the Democrats have paraded out in the past few elections. I wish I could remember specific examples, but they were known for this in the 90s especially.

Actually, I just remembered one. The mother who always protests at Bushes home. The Dems kept dragging out one type of victim after another.

  20. The whole thing is shameful.  They spent forever talking about how the family is off limits, then they parade them on stage.

Why are we supposed to be so proud of a family that has 5 kids and both parents go to work.  Who takes care of these kids.  And this is not a woman issue.  Mr. Palin could stay home, but shouldn't somebody.

  21. I got a kick out of the shot of palin's young daughter linking her hand to smooth down the baby's hair.

    lol

  22. Why would it be shameful for Trig to be paraded? Every other candidate parades their children around. Who will be taking care of all the other children of parents who work in politics? The same way children are taken care of in a home when both parents work. As a parent you just make it happen. Why is this even a question?

  23. Are you seriouse? All the families were there, why would they leave the baby some place else??? WOW , your really grasping there........SHEESH

  24. Yeah, that was pretty cute, but the better photo op was having Palins daughters boyfriend out at the ruway for photo op. How nice to have the whole family there..(Wait! I thought we were supposed to stop talking about this!)

  25. Trig is part of the family. I suppose liberals think he should be hidden away in some closet since he is handicapped.

Once again we experiance the bravery of liberals by attacking an infant. Boy oh boy we can't wait for them to be the defenders of America! Look how they beat up on babies!

  26. It's ridiculous.

And did you noticed how she had her pregnant daughter's boyfriend out there and didn't even introduce him when she introduced the rest of the family?

Why not introduce him?  He will soon be her son-in-law, right?

She will use anybody to get ahead.

  27. How shameful is this for a VP candidate and alleged religious icon?

  28. not as shameful as your mom going through her pregnancy for you.

  29. Palin is married and I'm sure Trig's father can take care of him when his mother is busy defending our Great nation against islamic fascism

  30. Not at all. Your self rightiousness  is what is shameful.

  31. Maybe Michelle Obama can babysit? Seriously, would you hide a member of your family? You are just pissed that Palin has made herself into something other than a Wife/Mother. Women are not the only parents that can take care of the children.
