I want to print some photos from my digital camera and put them in an album with some prints from film. At 9" x 6", will the difference in quality be noticeable?

  1. depends on the quality of the camera. a 9x6inch print will be fine from a 3 megapixel camera, but depends on the quality of the lens, the Jpeg encoding and any number of other factors.

  2. as good as your camera is - one of my daughters does a lot of photography and hers are always good

  3. 9"X6" is not that big, id I remember correctly even smaller than A4.Yes they should be just as sharp esp if taken by an expert.

  4. If you can, have the camera set at the highest resolution, (mine is 2592x1944). This should give the quality you need.

  5. TRY ONE.

  6. that would largely depend on the quality of the camera and the photo.  with a reasonable number of megapixels, shot at a low ISO, you should have no problem printing at that size, assuming the shots were in focus in the first place.  the post processing work you do on the images will also be a factor.  the biggest thing that would provide a difference in quality would be digital noise, and then sharpness.
