  1. You should get a lawyer, but I think you can just say you plead not guilty and then the court will schedule a trial.

  2. You sound like you were causing trouble. Get a good lawyer because you could go to jail.

  3. YES NATURALLY YOU CAN PLEAD NOT GUILTY. This is reserve as your rights under the constitution. So if you feel the charges is inappropriate and the law didn't allowed you to explain your side yes definitely you can through your lawyer to PLEAD NOT GUILTY to the police charge of concealed weapon and breach not breech of peace.

The judge will take note of your plead of not guilty so therefore they will be a trial regarding your case, once they prove beyond reasonable doubt that you committed these 2 offense they will put maximum penalty for you. BECAUSE IF YOU PLEAD GUILTY and found out you are indeed guilty then the reduction of the penalty. Never heard about CRIME AND PUNISHMENT? It is the punishment we are worried about not necessarily the crime itself. SO ONCE YOU PLEAD NOT GUILTY of those charges and within the trial of the case the judge pronounce a verdict of GUILTY, instead of a minimum sentence for you the judge will ADD more punishment on your behalf because you pleaded not guilty. AND YOU DRAG the time of the court for a trial that you already knew the outcome since you committed those crime or not.

BUT YES THE COURT GIVE YOU THAT RIGHT to plead GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY. But the court will prove your allegation of not guilty of course, if you are telling them the truth or not. THAT IS WHY IN THE HALLWAY OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM you see these words written in the wall: THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE...no it is not written in the toilet but in the hall.

  4. when one does not know their rights it's time to get a lawyer.

  5. Your appointed attorney should be helping you??  You plead not gulity and the DA might plea baragin with you and if you refuse his deal then you go to trial.  Call the public defenders office.  Sounds like you need help.  Good luck!

  6. well when u get there they'll ask you '' guilty or not guilty?'' then if u say not guilty they will give time to explain you're point.

    GOOD LUCK!
