My best friend and I got into a pretty bad fight and this time we didn't get back to how things use to be. We've been talking lately and things are definetely not the same but not as bad as before. Her and I were super close and we were crazy together, like eat as much as we want, laugh about everything, walk around naked close lol. We have a couple classes together this year in high school and I'd still like to invite her over for my birthday. How should I act around her and possibly get close as we were before?

  1. Why "act" around her?  Just be yourself.

  2. Talk to her a lot in class, pass notes, gossip.  Invite her over your house before the party..maybe go to the mall and see a movie, go shopping, grab a bite to eat.  Anything that will make you guys talk and laugh as much as you guys use to.  Hopefully things can be back to normal before your party rolls around :)

  3. Just be yourself and maybe you can become close again

  4. just say whatever is in you mind

  5. Usually it takes time for friends who have had a bad arguement/fight to brush off the past and renew the friendship. If ya'll are talking now, then just continue to be yourself around her and sure - invite her over for your birthday. That will let her know you still care.

If ya'll were such good friends before, take things slow and let her know your sorry about the past (even if your not, be the bigger person if you want this friendship back) and that you would like to continue to be friends as you were before. Realize she is probably thinking the same things you are.
