How should I act with the guy the broke my heart?

Question

the new school year is coming and I am going to see him.

He was my best friend and he had a crush on me and I turn him down and some how I got effected by it more.

He used to call me every day and then he stopped.And he called me a b*tch then I got mad at him too.

He is also my boyfriends best friend, How should I act.

Should I try to hide my misery? and act happy?

Try to make him jealous? Act like nothing happen?

Make him feel sorry for me? Act mad?

AND remember HE IS MY BOYFRIENDS BEST FRIEND!

What should I do? please answer.

if you have a boyfriend..why are you miserable? get over it.

well... if you want to be the bigger person just ignore the fact that the whole thing happened, but that's some times difficult and it would far more fun to try to make him jealous

Wow, I went through a similar experience. It happened my freshman and sophmore year of high school. He liked me, I wasn't sure if I liked him, so I told him we could just be friends after I apparently "led him on"..then he hated me for it. I started going out with one of his friends, who I'm with to this day. Even though I had moved onto the new guy, I still had feelings for guy #1. What I did was acted happy for him and his new girl who is also my friend, even though I was dying inside. He was trying to make me jealous and it worked. So two can play that game :) I made sure I flaunted my new guy which was probably the wrong thing to do but it worked. I could tell I  was getting a rise outta him. I wouldnt recommend trying to make him jealous though. Just act like nothing happened. Tell him that since you're going out with his best friend that it would be best if you two tolerated eachother for the sake of your boyfriend/his best friend. You dont wanna make things awkward. Definitely dont make him feel sorry for you. He'll think you're desperate. Take it from me, personal experience :) Good luck girl.
