How should I add personality to my room?

Question

I have a bright (not lime) green bedspread with lighter green swirls from Ikea, and need wall color ideas. I am on a $100 budget. I own a couple bookshelves and a rack of little drawers that are black, gray, and white. I like my room to look warm, inviting, but classy and feminine. How can I change it up to look something like this without spending much? My bed is an oak color, along with my desk and bookshelf. I like the more shiny classy look, but can't quite afford to get all new furniture! I have a 4x3-foot walk-in closet for my clothes, and my bedroom itself is 11 x 12.

well, in this picture it looks like they used a pale pink on the walls. If you like you bedspread right now, don't change it, but if you are illing to, I would go for a fun patterned one using oranges and pinks. (these colors are very easy to match with white, gray and oak) then if you have mey left in your budget, I'd bring in some accesories like candles that match the rest of your room. Good luck!
