I bought two thick slices of a rolled stuffed flank steak at the butcher section. What's the best way to cook it if it's already sliced with the stuffing exposed?

  1. broil it in the oven... preheat your oven (turn on the broiler) and broil each side for 8-10 minutes.. depending on how done you want your meat

    Edit---- I should have mentioned that at 8-10 minutes each side is a little more done.. I prefer my meat DONE


  2. Try to tie it up and push the stuffing back in as much as you can.

    Oven at 350 degrees.  

    Don't know how long to tell you because you haven't mentioned how thick the slices are.

  3. I agree with momma mia, broiling is the best way.  I think 6 min. per side would be enough, but do it according to how well done you like beef.

  4. Wrap it in foil and bake slowly in your oven.

    Approx 1hr at 170. Test, if more cooking is required continue.
