  1. a whole loin should cook for 20-30 mins per pound...loin chops do not need to be cooked very long at all.use this chart http://www.askthemeatman.com/pork_cookin...

  2. Not sure if you are referring to a "pork tenderloin" or "pork loin roast".  I bake "pork tenderloin" in the oven at 350 for 45-55 minutes (depending upon size), or grill on medium-low for about 40-45 minutes or over medium-hot coals for 9-11 minutes per side ~ allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.  For a "pork loin roast (boned, rolled & tied)", I would bake a 5 lb. roast at 350 for approx. 2-1/2 hrs., or until internal temp. reaches 155-160 degrees.

  3. Place in an oven that has been preheated to 400 and sear for about 20 minutes, then knock the heat back to 300 and cook for 30-35 minutes per lb. (check the weight)

Add your veggies for the last 35-45 minutes.

Allow time for the meat to rest, about 10 percent of the cooking time.

  4. I put it in the crockpot for about 9 hours on low, shred it, put bbq sauce on it and make bbq sandwhiches. It makes a ton

  5. sounds good also throw chopped veggies in the bag as well

i hope thats alot of loins for 6 hours
