I'm having a hard time dealing with this co-worker whom I once considered a friend. The first few weeks in working with this job, we have gotten along great. We even hung out outside of the office. Now that I'm getting to know her more, she likes to demean me as if she thinks its funny. She will constantly tell me to shut-up, swear at me for a joke. She even called me an offensive name that's got to do with my race. When we do chat on our breaks, she will constantly talk badly about other co-workers. its as though the whole world is against her. I'm so tired of her negative energy. She is always wanting to hang out on the weekends and I just don't think I can put up with any of her ranting and raving anymore. Should I just deal with it? Or just completely ignore her? I don't want to get into a huge argument with her.

  1. Tell her how you feel. Don't let it go it will get worse. She will continue to do it over and over again.
