How should I do my hair and makeup with this dress?

Question

Homecoming is approaching quickly and I want to get my stylist booked. However, I have no idea what I should do with my hair and makeup. I have black hair that falls right below my shoulder blades and tan skin. Help, please! Thanks in advance!

I would either do a dramatic shiny purple or silver lid that matches the color of the dress with a sweeping black eyeliner line extending slightly past the corner of your eye and slightly up. For the bottom lid I would do a line that begins half way from the inside corner of your eye to the outer corner increasing in size and make it touch the upper line right before it extends past your eye. Remember to use a white highlight under the brow and in the corner of your eye.

A little bit of pink blush blended really well on the apples of your cheeks with a giant brush.

For the lips, use either a nude-pink if you want to down play them or a bright pink color like Max Factor MAXwear Midori Glam:

this dress is very sultry

almost goth

i would go with a darker smokey eye

with pale make up

try white shimmer cream to highlight your cheekbones

for hair I would do a messy updo

letting strands fall to the sides

I would tease the back up and side part your hair. Pull the rest of your hair into a low side pony tail.

hair: you should either get done do a messy bun or a curled updo

makeup: pale glossy lips, a light shade of blush, black liner on top and bottom, black thick mascara, no eyshadow or pink eyeshadow
