How should I explain the reason that I am leaving the current employer as I join them for about 1.5 years?

The actual reason that I am leaving the company is due to politic working environment in my dept and no appreciated from my immediate superior.

  1. You thank them for the opportunity that working with them has given you, however you now wish to pursue another opportunity to broaden your experience as you wish to take on some bigger challenges and progess your career.

    Maybe in the furture I might come back and use my new experiences and skills at a higher level should an opportunity arise.

  3. You need to think about your future also.  I am sure that you would like a recommendation, also can you transfer to another area.??? Just think before you leap these days the job market is very tricky.  Good luck and if you have to tell your supervisor why maybe you can get things settled that way.

  5. Don't really say that!  Say that you found a better opportunity that will help you grow as a professional and as a person.  That always works!
