He only works two or three days a week,he gets paid ,never comes

home,when he does, he just eats and sleep,and the same cycle

starts over again,He drinks and does drugs,

And ,Never contributes a penny, hes Twenty years old,

What should I say, Or do?

He's not a teenager anymore - it's time for him to start being a man - giving him some responsibility and beginning to charge him rent would be great for starters...

Why does he live with you. Does his father live with you also?  How do you know he actually has a job? The guy is feeding his addictions and living off of you.

Give him a warning and throw him out. He's an adult and not your

responsibility.
