Question:

How should I get on my normal school sleep night hours?

i leave my house at 6:00am and get home right at 2:10. Now my days are well tv/video games to 5:00( my mom comes home) then i eat then tv (5:00-7:30) then do what work i can( study, do homework, finish projects) till 10:00. Thats my normal school schedule, now my summer is like wake up at 10:00am and go to sleep at like 2 am.

School starts on the 4th of Sept and i cant go to sleep.

the Question is How can i prepare my self to get back on track?>??

  1. Haha your sleeping schedules like mine!

    Go to bed late tonight or whatever, and wake up super early tomorrow.

    And make sure you exercise and stuff through out the day

    that way you'll be ready to crash at 10! And you'll wake up early naturally cause you'll have gone to bed early.
