How should I go about doing things?

Okay im going to try to explain this the best way posssible. I got married to my husband when I was 20 everything was great.. then he got me in trouble with the law now I have a felony. we also have a baby together and he is in the military. I know this sounds dumb but I am in ove with him still but I want to leave him . he wouldnt let me wok for two year of our marriage so now I have no work skills and a felony to match. I am in school though. He now wants a legal separation. what can I do to not get screwed in this marriage. oh and by the way he is in virginia and I am in washington. and now the tables have turned as far as the court situation he is now in the hot seat for dv assult and they want me to testify against him should I do it...he is a jerk and is always tryin to make me feel jealous about what hes got going on in the future with other people. i.e. he says he is going to france with another female or **** like that. but any who the questions are should I testify against him in court and how do I not get screwed out of this marriage.

Get as far away from this guy as you can. He has almost ruined your life but you still have time to get it right. Get a lawyer to represent your interests in a legal separation/divorce so that you don't get screwed over later. He might come back after custody of the baby and who knows what else. Good luck.

Testify, then get the felony expunged.

I would testify against him but beware he might get really p***** off.  I would definitely get a lawyer to help you with this situation.  Best of luck!!
