I'm a dude so i say be real subtle. i emphasize the word subtle for two reasons(here comes my pshyco logic)... If you as a girl come onto me as a guy all fast and speeding  like a train i as a guy would be flattered but  in the back of my mind think ...is she like this with all guys?...see what i mean ? so now i i have to be assured that your liking me because I'm unique in some way. guys are quite simple to put it simply...fool us. put yourself in a oh coincidental setting and work it from tree. if you know he goes to the water cooler at  12 noon coincidentally be there and maybe "accidentally drop a piece of paper or a dime so he can have a reason to start convo with you and now he feels he made a first move to initiate convo and if he ain't feeling you you ll know from the convo cause we pretty much love to be seen talking to  pretty girls and your dignity will be intact so as a woman you wont feel all pushy and S****y.Ya dig?
