Can anyone suggest a good strength training routine?

  1. It really depends on your body. Some people can go with just training (doing powermoves, footwork etc) and that would be a workout for them. Personally for me, training regularly then at night or early morning pushups and cardio workouts. Being able to support yourself and have plenty of stamina is key. Lifting weights help but practicing everyday will get you to where you need to be.
