  2. 1 - Straighten out your mechanics.

    If you're not throwing properly then you are wasting potential power and energy in your throw.  For Power) Make sure you are using your hips and legs in the throw.

    #2 - Repetitions

    Like anything in sports, practice makes perfection.  Make sure you are out throwing everyday and getting comfortable in your motion.  This is where accuracy is improved.  Always practice throwing to your left or right (instead of straight ahead), because that is where most of your passing will be thrown too.  Few passes are going to happen directly over the middle.  Also work on throwing on the run and off roll-outs.

    #3 - Lifting and Health

    Increasing your overall strength, especially your shoulder/arm, chest, and hip flexors is a great way to increase your throwing power.  Like the guy previous said, long toss is a good way to increase power, but only to a certain extent.  Don't throw out you arm, and make sure you are icing it everyday.  You need to keep your arm healthy and allow in to repair.  Ice it everyday after you throw a lot.

  5. since push ups increase punching power they should also increase throwing power.. and the accuracy, play catch

  6. all u do is play catch over a long distance or just practice any other way hope this helps

    For Accuracy: it is repetition
