    Minimum investment requirement is $25,000

Investment funds will be used to fund loans and hold them on short terms before they are sold to Bank of America Countrywide…the process usually only takes 3-5 days.

Three different terms are provided, including 1month, 6 month and 12months.  Funds can be taken out at any time with written notification and 24 hours to process the payment.

In-order to provide our investors with the proper level of transparency, a registered public CPA firm will be conducting a quarterly financial audit.  The audit will review the financial health of the company and its investments.  The report will be sent out quarterly.

Monthly statements will be sent to each investor, and will be received by the 10th of each calendar month.

Interest will be paid by selecting one of the following options:

    1.       Investors can select to have interest payment paid out monthly as an annuity.

    2.       The interest can be accumulated and added back to the principal, so the interest is compounded every month and interest is earned interest from that moment on.

All investments will be documented and a promissory note will be provided the day the funds are received by bass Financial Corp.

  2. Hello Anthony,

This may seem like a strange answer but I believe the best way to invest is in yourself. I was able to retire at a early age with no money worries whatsoever for me, my wife, our five children and our grandchildren. It's a great feeling to not have to count on a job or financial institution or even a retirement plan that may never be there when needed. I am always available to answer your questions and help in anyway I can.
