I'm 14 years old, 4'11", and 124 pounds. Im looking to lose 10 pounds by the end of October. I take karate classes 2 times a week, and starting tomorrow i'll be getting on a tredmill 2 or 3 times a week for 20 minutes. Also, im cutting back on the amount of junk food I eat and how much I eat at meals since I usually feel bloated afterwards. What are some tips for losing weight and what else should I do to complete my goal?
