Question:

How should I manage my QB situation? Who do I start?

My current QB's are Jay Cutler @ OAK and Marc Bulger @ Philly. Neither one has a great matchup this week and Brandon Marshall is out for one game.

Should I pick up Kurt Warner @ SF 49ers? I can only carry two QBs on my roster and am hesitant to drop Bulger since someone will probably pick him off of the waiver wire in a heartbeat.

Should I gamble on Warner, hope that he plays a few solid games and doesn't get hurt? Or stick and see how Bulger comes out against Philly.

PS. JT Sullivan is also available on waivers.

Thanks for your help!

  1. I picked up Warner in 2 of my 3 leagues, so obviously, I'm in his bandwagon.

His been picked up in many leagues by now, so if he's left as a free agent, I think it's a steal.

He is ranked 3rd in projections, that is if he doesn't get hurt.  If he does stay healthy, he'll have much more fantasy value than Bulger and Cutler, and he would become your every week starter.

  2. Pick up Warner and drop Bulger.  St Louis is supposed to be moving to a more run oriented offense.

  3. id say play it safe and go with bulger. dont go for warner yet cause if he starts playing bad they may change to leiart and whichever qb you drop they will probably be picked up. plus dont go for sullivan cause if he chokes they may switch back to smith

  4. Grab Warner.  He still throws a lot of TD and he was 2 great WR.

  5. Kurt Warner's situation is volatile.  Leinart is being paid a lot of money to sit on the sidelines, and Arizna knows Warner is old and Matty is the future.  He will get the rock from Warner at the first sign of the Cardinals decent to the bottom of their division.
