How should I organize my schoolwork? ?

I am technically going into middle school, but where I'm going it is just one big school from grades 8-12. Anyway, I'm wondering since now that I switch from class to class, should I have

a) 1 binder for all subjects [ but keep it organized by using dividers ----- and in order to keep it from getting to heavy, empty out after each unit]

OR

b) 1 binder for each subject.

It would be helpful if you could relate with personal experience, etc.

Thanks!

  1. 1 BINDER FOR EACH SUBJECT WOULD BE BEST. I HELPED MY DAUGHTER ORGANIZE HER SCHOOL STUFF THE SAME WAY AND IT'S VERY MANAGEABLE.

    I HOPE THIS HELPS

  2. honestly i would do 1 binder for each subject. if you do 1 for all subject you need to be sure you remember it every day. if you forget it at home you forget all your assignments for ALL your classes.

  3. Well, I tried using one big binder for all my classes but it just got too heavy and it didn't fit the desk and was annoying when I was to write in them.

I usually just use one binder for two subjects, the first one for the first two classes and the second one for the last two classes of the day and organize it using dividers. That way you don't have to go to your locker inbetween each class unless you need a textbook. Also, you can usually keep past subjects in there so when it comes time for tests its all organized. A table of contents are sometimes handy as well. That's just my opinion from personal experience though, I hope you figure it out :)

  4. i have a binder for all different subjects.

some though, i just have a folder.

i also have a seperate folder that where i put

in all my homework, and any other papers i need.

    agendas are also very helpful!
