have to have a binder for each class (6 in total). I am trying to decide if I should take the binders home (when I have homework in that subject), or if I should have a homework binder as well. My problem is that I like to study a week in advance for tests, and that would mean taking the binders for the test subject home everyday.

I was thinking of have 3 notebooks as well (2 classes per notebook) that have all of the class notes in them so I can take the three books and the homework binder home, to keep my backpack light. Is this a good idea?

  1. 3 notebooks as well (2 classes per notebook) that have all of the class notes in them so I can take the three books and the homework binder home, to keep my backpack light. Is this a good idea?  great idea....if you have 3 notebooks  and you narrow it down to 2 notebooks thats 3 classes per not book would that be better on you. i dont know what subjects you have  but it may work just make sure yout notebooks r diffrent colors so you grab the correct one...

  2. Just color code everything - that way, when you pick up a certain color binder, folder, spiral, etc. you'll know what class it's for and you won't "grab the wrong one" -

    English - green

    Math - yellow

    Science - blue

whatever - YOU pick the colors  (It helps if you keep the same color year after year too)

  3. The last idea is perfect.
