How should I propose? 3 Options...?

I am going to propose either this weekend or next...here are my options.

1) The first time told her I loved her was at the pool at her parents'...I started it by saying, "I have something I need to tell you", "what?", "I'm in love with you". I thought maybe when we're up there I'd reflect on the day with her then say "Now I have something I need to ask you"

2) Next weekend we're going to Deep Creek MD with my family.I was thinking 1 night we'd take a walk at or after sunset and find a dock, walk out...stand there and look out, tell her how much I love her and how much she means to me then drop on one knee and ask her...only drawback is we would have to go back to our house with my family there...not a big thing but I think I'd like to spend time alone with her...

3) This weekend I'd like to take her up to Grandview Ave on Mt Washington in Pittsburgh. Then I'd ask a passerby to take our picture, I'd have it on video, whisper what I'm doing, as he takes, I move to one knee....

Blindly tell her that you are in love with a girl known to her and ask her help for ideas to propose her.

At any cost don't tel her whom you love.Just tel that you are in love and nothing else.  

Just keep telling how much you love her, you value her, you respect her.

When she is at the peak of her curiosity to know who it is(at least not before a week buddy) just tell "Its you!" and go out of that place. I am sure that she will come back to you.
