How should I put on eyeliner?

Question

I have a plain face, and I feel that I need makeup, but I've never been very good at doing it myself. My eyes are sort of small and they aren't very wide. I'm not sure where to put on eyeliner to make them look better. Here's a link to a picture of my eye without makeup. http://i37.tinypic.com/2znzneo.jpg

put it on right above your top lashes and right below your bottom lashes! and when you use mascara put it on your top lashes all the way across and same with your bottom lashes! hope i helped!!!

you have very nice eyebrows and i think some mascara and a little liner on the top lid would look good on you.

hmm, well if you want suggestions..

i think you could darken up your brows a bit. take a clean powder brush and apply a bit of brown eye liner and buffer it into the hair.

you look kinda young. even tho it's just an eye. ha. so go easy on the makeup. really want to open them up? try this:

take black eyeliner and starting from the bottom outer corner of your eye, work the pencil to th middle of the eye. apply it on the INNER lid.

and then starting from your tear duct, do your upper eye. again, the inner lid. dont put it on the outer skin.

tthen put black mascara on the upper lashes and a tiny tiny bit on the lower lashes.

you can add a bit of gold shimmer to your lids as well. =]

put it on the bottom of your eye and then some on the top your lid.

and then smudge it with a qtip.

You have a beautiful color eye, so i sugest using a dark brown or a goldish color. Wear the eyeliner on the inside ridge of your eye, like so http://www.flickr.com/photos/untouchable... .

try blue/indigo on the top and bottom lightly.

and maybe some light smokey pink eye shadow<3

put a little bit on the lid, bottom and top. then just a little mascara on the bottom and top as well. brown not balck, to harsh for you're face

You have to learn how to hold the eyeliner first. I had this problem first but hey, I'm just a teenager and I already apply makeup to my family members. Just close your eyes and apply the eyeliner but I prefer EYE PENCIL first .
