How should I raise my tamagotchi V% to get the character I want?

I am currently using my V5 and I would like to know how to raise my chances of getting the characters I list below.

Kuchipathchi

Violetchi

I think that for my first generation I would like to try to get the Kutchipatchi family.

I currently have these characters>>> Mamekatchi as my main person>>>then Chamaetchi, and then Bakutchi.

someone please tell me how to raise my chances of getting the ones I want.

meaning, what bonding I should have for each, and so on.

Note about bonding level

The bonding level you can see is from 0 percent to 100 percent in steps of 10 percent. Internally, bonding ranges from 0 to 100 points. Each 100 bonding points equates to 10 percents that you can see in the status screens. Bonding - level- increasing items reward 3 points.
