How should I respond to this facebook photo comment?

the pic is of me with juice spilled on me in such a way that it looks as though i got stabbed and i'm bleeeding.

this boy i know commented on it saying:

i remember that, that was when you got stabbed in the aorta with a rusty spoon!!

i want to say something funny, or witty, or cute back to it such as:

however painful and traumatic, i'm on the road to a full recovery...so it's good =]

what would you say?

you could say something like... "I know it appears to be an act of desperation, but I really couldn't come up with a more original way to get in to the "Guiness book of world records" and now I'm totally in for not only surviving a nearly 3 inch diameter hole in my aorta, but I survived a bad case of "lockjaw" as well! (you know, from the RUSTY spoon) So don't hate me because I'm So famous! Hate me because I'm a freakin' walking miracle!"
