Question:

How should I say this in Spanish?

If I want to ask, "What is the little girl eating?" should I say

"¿Qué la niña está comiendo?"

or

"¿Qué esta la niña comiendo?" Logically if you follow English order, it seems like the second......But I'm leaning toward the first.

  1. Bubbles, if your question is "how should I say this IN SPANISH, how can you say then "logically if you follow english order"

Make up your mind. Which language ?

  2. que esta coiendo la niña

  3. ala mento

  4. It should be:

    "¿Qué está comiendo la niña?"

    I hope this helps!

  5. Que esta comiendo la nina?

  6. "¿Qué está comiendo la niña?"

Do not follow the English order. In Spanish, the verb comes before the noun (or subject).

  7. You'll sound more natural if you say "¿Qué está comiendo la niña?" which is the most frequent syntax. You can also say "Qué está comiendo la pequeña?" ("la pequeña" = the little girl)
