How should I ship a book that I sold on Amazon.com?

I just sold a book. I know that amazon let's me print a packing slip. Now, how should I pack the book? Please help. By the way, should I send it by USPS?

  1. The packing list should be inside the package. Preferably on top. MAKE SURE you keep the tracking information for the package to ensure that the person receives the package.
