I'm 16 and starting my new job tomorrow. (It's an apprentiship). With all my pay outs I'm left with around £100 a week. How should I spend it carefully and what on? I don't really want to waste it on computer games all the time...

  1. Save it bro, its worth it :)  I have 15000 cash now from my job. if  Iwas spending it I wouldnt have much at all

  2. Save half each week, so when something exciting you find/ holiday / driving lessons or favorite outfit in a shop comes up the money will be there..

Have fun with the other half by socializing , clubbing , cinema etc..And enjoy the spare money while your young , as you will have plenty too pay for when your older!!!

  3. bank it, keep what you need for transport snacks etc, then if you need more go to the whole in the wall and take out a bit more, think a car soon save for it now.

  4. buy chocolate

  5. Save a quarter of that, then maybe spend half on things you'd like to buy and keep the rest for going out.  I wish I had put money aside when I started working.. I'm 26 now, imagine what I could have saved in ten years!!!

  6. Save it and buy yourself a car... youll have enough by the time you turn 17 :) Renault clios are good first cars.

  7. Open a savings account and try to save £20-£30 pound a week if you can. Over a year that's somewhere between £1040 and £1560!

  8. You should be saving it, not looking for a way to spend it.

  9. Give all to your Mum?  Or me?

  10. Put most of it a your savings account, taking out only what you really need as you go along (rather than keeping that money in your pocket and from which it can disappear quickly on useless stuff).

  11. Dress up to look a little older and go clubbing. Remember the golden rule. Order drinks by the bottle, and dance with your thumb over the neck..

  12. start saving it for your first car, you should have a nice amount when your ready for your wheels

  13. save it, your bank book is your best friend. I promise, wait till u get older u will see what i mean.
