My mom is 52 years old and she has been taking care of children for 20 years. How should I start the babysitting ad for her? What should I charge per hour or per week? Thank you

Maybe £5 per hour, something like that. Maybe you should put it in the paper and tell people about it. You shoudl ask family if she could babysit someone. Soon enough word will get around!
