I am hoping to start exercising this week. I have been exercising all my life but I should say "wrong." I say this because I would exercise everyday in school and after but never watched what I ate and that is very important.So any good tips on how to eat healthy and exercise? Any good websites?I would also like to know what exercises and time should I start with. 10 minutes a day for the first few days and increase by 5 minutes?I eat a lot of healthy food but sometimes I get carried away with junk, mainly at school!Thank you in advance!
