How should I start my introduction for first day of work?

I get so nervous and tense and I say stupid things.How should I start it,Hi my name is Sally Smith.....what should I say after that? I know this is dumb,but I need some examples please... Thanks

after that, say "nice to meet you". The person would probably respond after you say your name. They would probably say their name. Then you could say nice to meet you.

Just be your self and respectful. Most likely your co-workers would ask you lots and lots of questions, so you should not worry much about what to say. Just be prepared to answer them (easy questions)
