Hi,

I had spine surgery a few months ago for high-grade spondylolisthesis. I would really like to start a support group, or an organization, to help the people who have to go through the same thing I had to. I actually had my surgery at a fairly common hospital(Childrens Hospital Boston), and they don't have anything like this(mainly because this condition is rare to have surgery for, as a child). I know if I had to have this surgery again, I would have loved for someone to be there who had to go through the same thing. I don't know how to start this though. Have any ideas?

thanks so much=)

  1. Type in spondylolisthesis support groups in yahoo search and contact any one of them for information on how to start your support group.

I think it is a great idea. Lots of luck.

  2. There might already be one. Check it out. If not there, in the neighborhood.
