  1. go here

  2. ok, speed and vision, first do some sprints, then do 90 degree cone which is where u run up to a cone and plant your foot and turn the other way

  3. Not sure how you expect to join a team if you can't attend 2-a-days before the school year starts.

    Daily work out:

    1. 20 minutes calisthenics - start with loosening up/stretches then end with grinders, running in place and hitting the dirt then getting back up, lemon-squeezers, push-ups, sit-ups.

    2.  Run 1/2 mile

    3.  Rest a couple minutes.

    4.  20 20-yard wind sprints from the set position you'll be starting from at the line of scrimmage.

    5.  Passing routes with a teammate if available.  Make your patterns sharp - don't round out the corners of your moves - and catch the ball with your fingertips/hands, away from your body, then tuck the ball, turn and burn 10 yards or so with the football.

    6.  20 20-yard sprints as above

    7.  Have fun - but push yourself - the more you do the easier it will be on you when practice starts.

  4. I would get a book on the subject, this is a good one.

Also, see if you can talk to the coaches and ask them for advice and how they think you could improve and help the team.

  5. Dude eat salads, and fruit, and drink water.

It may suck at first, but you get used to it and your gonna need it.

Dont eat big meals before football unless your williing to spit it back up somewhere.

Also, if you live anywhere near a painted football field, try crab walking,[Run bent over and its like crawling without your knees moving on the ground.]

Here are somethings you can do to get better.[Practice.]

Before the practice do 30 jumping jacks, 15 leg stretches left, 15 right, 20 down the middle. Then do 20 pushups, 20 breakdowns, [Run in place then breakdown.[Bend over put hands out and roll over]]At the end get on your back and lift your feet up without moving and keep them in the air for 30 secs.

    [We do this in practice.]

Also do laps around the field and keep running 40s back and forth, u can time yourself with a cooking timer or whatever.
