How should I tell someone that I work for that she needs a new Hair style?

sometimes i clean house for this lady and she has a pretty face but her hair style isn't very becoming on her and she could really use a new do. what do you suggest do I tell her?

Don't tell her anything... she's your boss, not your friend... do your job and stay on her good side.

Its not your place, especially considering she is your employer. I would very offended if one of my employees felt the need to critize how I look. Its not appropriate for work.

if you think she really needs it, ask her if you could go out shopping and suggest to get makeovers, or you could say "i saw this hair do and it would look great on you"

telling her could offend her and if your not her friend then it's not your place to tell her.
