How should I wear my make up?

Haha, so, I took this ugly picture of myself without any make up on.

And I'd like to know how you think I should wear it.

I'd prefer to have specifics, as in color names and types.

You are beautiful without make up. But I wear just the basic stuff and it looks great. Eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara. And I prefer cover girl.

concealer for under your eyes.

and maybe some blush and mascarra

i really dont know where you can find this makeup but you should do like a smokey eye type and a skin color lip gloss really pretty!
