How should I word this?

So my school (WIU) is making a banner for the recent massacre at NIU and I was thinking of writing down something with this general message:

I'm sorry for this terrible loss and for the family and friends of the victims. I wish the survivors the very best in recovery. May the entire campus of NIU see better days in the future.

  2. WIU joins NIU in mourning the tragic events of 2/14.   Our thoughts are with the surviving students, friends and family in the days to come. May your hearts and minds find healing and comfort.  Every best wish from WIU to NIU for the strength and solidarity to emerge even better than before.
