How should I workout to get cut?

Im 15 years old.

and is about to work out consistently.

i wanna be cut and built but not big, you know what i mean.

too big its unatractive, you know?

im working on my abdomen, chest , arms and legs.

any suggestions?

and i eat sweets, kinda regularly.

and i dont sleep at night.

i sleep around 9am to 5pm

is that okay? ahaha
