in our country any person may be CM or PM orl leader wether he is educated or not.is it should be happen?

specially in a country like India, anybody who stands for any election seat shud be interrogated by CBI. Lie detector test shud be mandatory & after clearing such things, then only a person shud be elligible for the post of leader. But ..unfortunately we have to educate ourselves,first without that we can never judge anybody.

The Leader should have a very good education and have very good Diplomatic skills. The Leader also should know not to antagonise other nations with a display of power which would appear arrogant to them. The Leader should also put the welfare of the people the leader is in charge of before taking on any military endevours. The Leader also should not involve the nation in to many of these for it will ruin the nation of The Leader. The people also have the responsibility of when they see things are wrong not to blame other people but to remind The Leader that The Leader is but mortal and in time what he has wrought will soon pass if a military endevour.

From my thought our leader is like an ordinary whom can trickle down with a common man stream so that  he can know about problem of a common man.

                     he should not tracvel in ac class in railway or not in airbus;but always in sleeper class or general so that he can feel the trouble that a common man feel everyday.

              his moral should be is in his hand and most be higher than a normal man so that corruption cannot harm his moral and he can make a corruptionless environment.Agood leader always try to fo his best for their peoples like make proper health services in every city of the state,making education is easily available for evryone with theri approach and also making justice system so fast so that a common man make trust on him,

Not at all.In my opinion a leader should be educated, experienced and have good knowledge of his field. ( A grad. of Delhi/London School of Eco. Fin. Min...........) Their should be a age of retirement for them.

There election manifesto  should be made by considering all technical people and money,time and manpower required for the completition must be written there. It should be on stamp paper and failing to complete (exemption natural calamities) all those promises should result in political death apart from all kind of legal action.

Lead India prog has taken a good step towards finding leaders.But I would have appreciated if the participants would be asked to solve the current problems of the country.

Our leaders should have a minimum qualification of a degree and they should not be above the age of 58 yrs (Govt. retirement age) and they should dedicate themselves to serve this country and not that they should be thinking about the post they hold always.
