  1. First use a foundation wedge, put some foundation on it and then wipe it on the back of your hand so you don't lay it all on your face. Dab it on your face and then once it dries, use a powder over it. DO NOT USE CONCEALER BEFORE FOUNDATION! The foundation will just wash out whatever you did with the concealer. Use the concealer after foundation.

  2. What i do i put conceler then foundation, blush mascara then to set it put powder!

  3. Your question has kind of a mixed meaning

Are you talking about powder foundation or foundation and powder?

Anyhow, if you need any concealer, put it on, then brush/blend on your foundation.

After the foundation, you should apply on any eyeshadow you want to wear, follow with eyeliner and mascara.

When done with eyes, apply on blush on the apples of your cheeks (the part of your cheeks that becomes raised when you smile)

Translucent powder could be applied to set the makeup if your skin is oily

    Then, follow with lip color.

    Suggestion:

If you don't need foundation, don't use it - frequent wearing could cause your skin to age faster than it should. If you have a blemish or a pimple, just use concealer! It's not worth ruining your skin just for one spot of acne.

If you're looking for simple and natural makeup, mascara and lip gloss is just fine; but if you're pale like me, blush is recommended

  4. Foundation is a type of cosmetic preparation applied to the face. Often referred to as a "base", a foundation is usually applied across the whole of the face except the eyes and lips. Its purpose it to make skintone and skin texture appear more even. Foundations can be used to cover up blemishes and other imperfections, and some are formulated to give a more youthful appearance by reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Foundations are usually sold in the form of liquids, creams, powder or mousses. They can be applied with a sponge, a foundation brush, or with the fingers. Mineral makeup foundation, however, often comes formulated as a powder (either pressed or loose powder).

    After that,

Face powder is a cosmetic powder applied to the face to set foundation after application. It can also be reapplied throughout the day to minimize shininess caused by oily skin. There is translucent sheer powder, and there is pigmented powder. Certain types of pigmented facial powders are meant be worn alone with no base foundation. Powder tones the face and gives an even appearance.

  5. First a moisturizer, then  foundation, then powder, blush, eyeliner, (Fake eyelashes if needed), mascara, and then eye shadow. :]

  6. what i personally do, ( and i have a ton of makeup) is i start with a really simple tinted moisturizer because its light and its also a moisturizer and a slight coverup.

    .........................................

then comes foundation, which i dab a little on my finger and rub it into a certain area, the less on my finger, the smaller the area. the smallest areas are your nose, chin, the area right between your eyebrows, and the area beneath your nose. forehead and cheeks are biggest areas. (good tip is to put a little tinted moisturizer on your eyelids to cover veins).

then i go to coverup, which you just dab a little on blemishes to cover them, the rub/pat it in GENTLY or else you become prone to wrinkles lol

    .........................................

next comes powder. i have a really light one i got from longs. its called a highlighter and it has all sorts of colors on it, but i also have a real thick good powder from lancome. just take a simple face brush (i use the same brush for blush, bronzer and powder) and brush the powder lightly over your face. if its a heavy powder use less or else you look kinda fake. light powders are ok just to swoop quickly over the skin.

    ......................................

next comes bronzer/blush. i use bronzer in the summer/fall to make it look like i went to the beach the other day. what you do for bronzer is to take a blush brush (or the brush from the powder) and dab it lightly in a nice bronzer. look in the mirror and smile, then sweep it over the apples of your cheeks.

blush is something in the winter/spring to give you a sweet rosy look. its the same procedure as the bronzer, but if you get too much on, you have to use remover to get it off, then start over from moisturizer just on the cheeks :( but its good to test the blush on your hand first then dab it very lightly on the palette and sweep it over your apples on your cheeks.

    .........................................

next for me is eyes. i like smoky eyes, so i use a lancome eyeliner twist up stick, and i put a light line on the bottom lid, the on the other side of the stick is a built in sponge. i draw a circle on my hand with the eyeliner, then sponge it onto my upper lid, right above my eyelashes, and i put it on the bottom third of my lid. you can also do this with eyeshadow, do the same with a dark grey or black, or even a pretty color that goes with your skin and eyes.

    .........................................

lips are tough. i usually only use a quick swipe of burts bees, mostly because it stays on all day and it makes gives my lips a nice color but it doesnt make them shine. lip gloss isnt hard to do, lipstick is alittle tougher. that you should use a lip liner for, but im not exactly sure how to do that.

so we covered skin, cheeks, eyes, lips. thats about everything!

    hope i could help :D
